I was given to understand that the papers wouldn't even be looked at?

Seems pointless making a rule then there are no implications if it isn't adhered to!

Positive mental attiitude - well done A Vic.

Which study manuals are you using? Is it worth seeing if you can borrow another 'brand' from someone here to refresh your learning material?

Am using BPP and Kaplan but debating whether or not to buy the ozborn - its a first for me doing a re-sit so not sure how to go about it my current plan is too:

1 re-read all chapters in both books
    2 Make notes
    3 complete chapter exerzises
    4 make new flash cards
    5 attempt past papers
6 hopefully - attend revision course

but this i did for actual exam apart from 6 and a little worried covering same ground?

I failed DFS in December and had to retake it along with BTC and PTC, I was so upset but did all your points 1-5 and just put the hours in every night and weekend and I got all 3 this time. For me the cards really helped, I bought a revision book of cards and wrote down all the information that was important and carried them with me all the time. Dont be dispondent and just put your head down and you will do it. I kept saying to myself that it had just delayed the final result by 6 months, that was all. With only 2 to go MAAT is within my reach now and getting excited.
