Why can you never find anything when you really need it?

We've had a contractor (operating through a Limited Company) that has asked to have their address changed to their Limited Company registered address rather than their home address on their remittance advice slips (payslip) and is kicking up a stink about it.
I believe that we must quote personal information on any payment advice for contractors, however can't find any page stating that.
Can anyone else help?
