    It completely depends on your circumstances and your personal preferences. As someone who has done both (AAT first), I would say:

    Passing the AAT course was more difficult
    Getting a good mark on the BSc Accounting and Finance course was more difficult.

    This is because AAT is a pass/fail situation, but a degree has higher level grades possible (first, 2:1 etc). Passing and getting a good grade on it are not necessarily the same thing.
