Submitting work experience

in AAT Level 4 (Level 8 in Scotland)
This could very well be a stupid question but I know where & how to submit work experience but my problem is that I use a program for a lot of my work related jobs which can't be formatted into an up-loadable file, would screen prints suffice?
I've nearly completed Technician NVQ, have passed all the exams just have a sim & the project to do which I'm taking my time with for various reasons but as I am now working in an accounts job I want to make sure I can submit the experience while I can!
Who has submitted work experience and could you tell me what kind of formats you have used to upload? Thanks :)

    Not sure what you mean, when I did it it was just a text box that you typed into...?

    I had my job description in a word document so I just copied and pasted that into the relevant box on the Work Experience form.

    Yes I just typed into the box, I think you can upload files if you wish but it isn't mandatory.
