I was wondering if I could get some advice.

I am currently running a small payroll bureau, the clients are currently sub-contracted from an accountant, so at present, the clients are engaged with the accountant and I am covered by his PI insurance. However, I now have potential clients approaching me for a payroll service.

My question is; Assuming I need to construct my own engagement letter, is there a template anywhere and does anyone know where I can get good PI insurance, I appreciate that the AAT provide a link for this but I am not currently a MIP?

    there is an engagement letter in MyAAT. Do a search on 'engagement letter' once you're logged in and it will bring one up for you.
