Hi have client on Sage who has a fruit machine. Some times we get money back others times we owe the fruit machine company.

Any idea as to the sage entries for this

Are they VAT Registered ?

the way i do it is:

Money in 4001 (or whatever code you choose around sales) Cal Net

Rental 7700 cal net
