Hi All,
I am completing a set of accounts in GBP but the shares are in USD.
Do I have to show the share capital/alloted and issued in GBP and if so how does it work the following year with exchange rate differences?
Thanks in advance
Vicky

Why are the shares in USD?
I'd be inclined to value the shares at their GBP value at the date of acquisition and make any adjustments on sale.
That's a guess. I haven't got a clue if it's right or not!!0 -
Thanks for your help, the shares are in $ as it's a company in the seychelles
