I am doing the NVQ pathway, passed DFS, passed auditing but studying for the two exams in Nov/dec known under the diploma as MAC, it feels like I have been studying it for a while now and making some progress but still making mistakes as things seem to similar especially fixed overheads, is anyone else finding this unit difficult.

You obviously havent seen all my posts stressing about it! lol I am like you I think I have got the hang of the Materials and Labour Variances but get muddled up when doing the Fixed Overhead Variances. I have stuck them up in my kitchen and on the wall at work so will keep glancing at them in the hope that it goes in and sticks!
