Friend took Unit 34 and 35 skills test.

He did not have to show ID and was allowed to keep mobile on him. The computer he was on could access the internet. (Obviously he did not use these..)
The book from the provider taught Sage as the main computer package and a bit of simply books. He thought that they would both be available on the computer but only simply books was. Did his Mock skills test a month ago and was never told that Sage would not be the package available.
So with all of this he was thrown at the beginning of the test and rushed to complete level 34 so that he could try to learn computer package..

I dont think this was very good...what do you think?
