Expensive Cars BTC

Can someone just confirm something for me please. If you have bought an expensive car after 1/4/09 with emissions of 200g/km I know you put it in a Special Rate Pool but I am not sure of the WDA on it. Is there a FYA or is it always a 10% WDA?

My book doesnt explain it to me.

Expensive car: car bought before 1/4/2009 cost over £12.000. WDA 20%, but max to £3.000

Special rate pool: cars bought on or after 1/4/2009, emission level over 160g/km, WDA 10%
