my theory....some silly computer programmer has let this slip though, there must be some sort of status saying we've entered but not sat the exams?? - absent is the only thing they could come up with!!

dont know why I was absent in 15/02/2010 as I never sat the exam not absent on the 18/02/2009 as I sat the exam for the first time in June 2009 very odd indeedy
