Can anyone confirm that Bury Tax Office has now closed and were transfered to as we have now had all mail retuned and no new office details?

Now been told Bury East Lancs area office is now in salford????

I had the same issue last year when newcastle's corporation tax office mysteriously vanished and ended up in aberdeen!

surely tho before they stop the redirection of post the really should notify the client of transfer of offices and more so when an agent has 200+ clients that received s/a returns to be filed to that office and not a one notified, even better to be told by 3 different HMRC department 3 different office addresses in 3 different areas (one was bolton tax office one was salford and one was wales ) ???? do any of them know?

And to add insult to injury we received a letter from Bury Tax office today with the old address?????
