The Bribery Act 2010...

... comes into force April 2011 and it's recommended all companies introduce anti-bribery policies into their procedures. First I've heard of this new Act and it was only passed in April this year:

I know there are some company directors or secretaries on here so just curious if anyone else is interested in this new legislation and if or how it will affect them? The government has said it's not seeking to prohibit "reasonable hospitality" but won't say what the maximum for "reasonable" is and where it becomes criminal?
