Revision for Personal Tax

Just wondering how everyone manages / managed to revise for the Personal Tax exam? I'm just about to book myself in for the CBE but am worried I don't have enough in the way of practice questions.
The other units are fine since you have loads of past papers to go through which I find the best way to prepare but I can't go back to far with tax as the rules change and that confuses things.
I have the questions in the book and the one mock CBE on the website as well as a couple of past papers but would really like more - I'm a glutten for punishment!
Any ideas or thoughts greatly appreciated.

the BPP book which is a combined revision and course companion had loads in it - so I bought it to go with my Osbourne book which had 3 in it I think.
Before I got it I did do some of the past papers. They give you the rules for the tax levels and so on so its good in some respects and getting a feel for the questions.

Thanks Pirate, I'll look into that.
Just booked the exam - eek!0 -
When are you doing it Jenny?
How does the Computer Based ones work do you just pick a date and do it then?0 -
Hey Jewels!
I'm doing it on 6th Dec. I'm distance learning with Kaplan so I just ring my local centre and choose a date. They are running two sessions every week at the moment so that's pretty flexible.
I thought I'd better give myself a bit of time to get back into it. I was doing well in September but then went away for two weeks at the beginning of last month and just haven't been able to knuckle down since. I'm hoping that, by booking it, I'll force myself to study!!!!
Don't really know what it's going to be like doing the CBA for it - I'm dreading it actually as I think I'm going to worry that I **** it up by filling in grids incorrectly. There's only one demo available and, to be honest, it seemed a bit incoherent compared to the paper based ones.
Keep your fingers crossed for me!0 -
cant seem to find the practice tax CBA! Can someone direct me?!0
