HELPS HELP Sage 50 - TRANSACTIONS DELETED

Hi there

I wonder if it good to delete transaction(refunds, payments, sales and purchase invoices) from sage on daily basis.

Can you claim expenses (petty cash) without one of the receipt?

    i have just change my job and my new company has been deleted transactions and they even have a book where they make notes of deleted transactions.

    they do this in daily basis. i have spoken with them telling them it is wrong but they keep saying that they doing right and they want me to carry on on do it. But i am not kin in do it if it is not good.

    have you asked what they do at month/ye end and runing tb for accounts - sorry just seems very strange to me maybe even false accounting?
