Umbrella Payroll Software

Hi Everyone,
A client of mine has setup a new limited company which is going to act as an umbrella payroll company. They have sought advice with regards to the incorporation of the company, however their main issue now is the payroll software. They have been reccomended Accentra Payroll Umbrella Software which not only runs as a standard payroll system but it also incorporates allowable expenses for the week in order for the contractor to have a higher take home pay. Has anybody used this software and if so what did they think of it.
Personally, I only have experience with Sage and as far as I am aware you are unable to use Sage Payroll to pay contractors. I would like to get any feedback with regards to this.
