Personal tax osbourne workbook

Hi,

Does anyone who has a personal tax osborne workbook 09/10 know how to work out the answer to the question on page 28, 7.5b - the gain on the land, I don't know whether I am being really thick but I cannot get my answer to reach £5200, I keeep getting the gain as £4800.

Now worked this out, forgot to take the 4800 from the original value.
