Going concern note

Just wanted some opinion on this. I have a client who has lost all contracts going forward and has decided not to continue to trade. The company will be voluntarily wound up in the near future. The last accounts have yet to be produced. What should I put as the going concern note? Obviously it is not a going concern as it will have no trading activity since the year end date. Can I state that this is the case?
Thanks
Thanks

Explain its no longer trading on a going concern basis.
So no prepayments or accruals. No deferred income. Assets will be treated as if sold on last day?
Sure some people can offer much better advice though!0
