I have tried accessing the AAT site for the CBT on my laptop and it won't let me access the assessment exam. I can download and do it on my main PC but as I use my laptop mostly, its a problem. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you tried pressing F11?0

Surely F11 just increases the screen size?
I haven't seen a CBT but is your computer up to date with the latest plug-ins? If you use Internet Explorer you'd usually get a message near the top of the screen and an audible blip advising that such and such site needs such and such plug-in to continue. I can't speak for other browsers but I know Chrome - my browser of choice - isn't quite so helpful at alerting for missing components.0 -
Yes, it does and that's what usually needed. It's what I need to do to access the exams, otherwise the buttons you need are not accessible.0

Can you clarify what parts of accessing the assessment are missing, and any messages that pop up..
also your Operating system and browser type.. will have a look and try to help
