I would be grateful if someone could point me in right direction. i am trying to find out info on as registering as a tax agent with hmrc.

Is there anyone who has recently undergone the process, any help and advice would be gratefully received.

    I have just gone through this process which does take a while - you have to write to the Longbenton address on HMRCs website giving them your name, address etc and asking them to register you as a new agent. Also tell them the areas you want to be registered in eg self assessment etc. Hope this helps, let me know if you need anymore info.
