VAT - Is this a record??!

Did an electronic VAT application for a client on 21 December, VAT number and certificate issued 22nd November - is this some sort of record, should I ask this client to pick my lottery numbers!

    of course the certificate was issued 22 DECEMBER or that really would have been a record!!
