Cessation accounts and notes?

Hi there,
I have a client who is a one-person limited company that is dissolving and leaving the country after less than a year.
Do I need to do anything differently in the accounts I am submitting to Companies House? We are calling the profit for the period a dividend. I have purchased a £75 book on preparing company accounts but it doesn't seem to have anything in there about standard wording to include in the notes about the fact that the company is dissolving. Can I just state, "The company ceased to trade on 31 December 2010 and intends to apply for dissolution as soon as permissible"?
Thanks!
