Hey All long time no post
Over the next week i have 3 telephone interviews set up, having never had one of these before can anyone give any helpful tips, i have done the usual research ect but as it isnt face to face feel a little intimidated and wary that i have a very short space of time to sell myself for the second interview stage.
Any help would be great.
Cheers

Hiya
I had one last year. In fact I found it better as it wasn't as intimidating as being stared at across the desk.
I researched the company and had the printouts on the table so I could refer to them. I had a list of questions I might need to ask them, then as they mentioned any of these things I ticked them off.
I also had my cv in front of me and I had drafted answers to the usual types of questions such as "what could you offer the company", "what are your main skills and weaknesses" etc, this way when they asked me a question I didn't need to think about the answer as I already had them in front of me, which I found to be a great relief as I normally panic at bit at interviews and don't know what to say!
I actually got through to the 2nd interview which was to be a face to face meeting, but I was offered alternate employment which I took instead.
Good luck, I am sure you will be fine.

Hmm sounds a bit dodgey to me!? Google map the business park address see what it looks like..!? If they are interviewing surely they should be answering calls!
Good luck! x0 -
Finally got through told them i hadnt received the email and managed to re-arrange for tomorrow, although she did ask me before if i could move the interview forward to two lol, i live over 40 miles away no information till 30 mins ago i said i couldnt even attend today as unprepared.
