Progression after AAT

Ok, So I finished my AAT last summer and managed to get a job in November last year (went in for work experience for a month and ended up with a full time position).
They know i'm wanting to progress further as i'm doing a bit of everything in my position (its in practice and i'm doing everything from data entry to VAT, SAR's, Accounts, CT600's, Payroll, Audit etc etc) and have told me to look into courses etc for my review in March/April time (my employer is willing to provide training for me as well as the usual tax update courses/CPD he usually sends us all on).
I know its quite a long time to go but the way things are going i'm sure it will be here before I know it.
The practice i'm at are an ICAEW approved training provider so going the ACA route is one i've been looking at but i've also been thinking of ATT as I wasn't given the option of the tax units at AAT.
Would anyone reccommend one over the other or indeed something totally different again?
Thanks in advance
Katrina
