Has anyone experienced over-typing in their CBA?

When typing out my email questions during a CBA, then going back to add something, the cursor would start typing straight over my existing work.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if there's a quick fix?

I've taken two CBAs now and it's been the same both times.

Hope it's not just me?!

When you go back to add something, is the existing text highlighted (possibly in grey or blue)? If so you need to ensure that the text is not highlighted otherwise it will disappear and your new text overtyped. If this is not the case it could be that you need to press the insert key on the keyboard so that existing text is not overtyped.

I've not encountered this myself but it may be worth bearing in mind for any future CBAs you take. You could always test this on one of the practice CBAs and possibly try on different computers.

No the text wasn't highlighted, so I tried using the insert key on a practice CBA and it worked!!!
