Hi All,

Can you let me know if a client can reclaim the VAT back on Purchases made by themselves before they had a bank account for their business? If so how would it be treated, would it be a loan to the company?

Also can they reclaim vat back for a lease agreement paid by the client on behalf of the business which has a loan agreement?
