This is a really numpty question for you AAT anoraks out there! I have decided to look at implementing a billing system within our organisation as part of my review but do I need to still need to review of the whole of the accounting/finance system within our depratment and then pick out the billing system as the area that needs implementing. Then when i look at fraud again is it just fraud that pertains to the proposed billing system or is it potential fraud for the whole finance function that I need to write about
