contingency planning - plan in action

I am trying to finish my project which is based on the Premier Office Supplies case study.
My assessor is asking me to include "an actual past example of a plan in action" under the contingency planning section. Any ideas?
There is nothing actually in the case study about this and I am able to supplement with my own experiences and imagination but not quite sure what to put.
Any help would be gratefully received.
