Schedule D ?

Can someone help me understand what exactly Schedule D refers to ? I have a friend who is self employed and the company she is about to provide services for has asked her for a schdule D number ? I have looked on the HMRC website but not really much help !

Schedule D is the old term for taxable trading profit (or at least it was when I did AAT) - is that the figure they are after?0

The 'Schedule D number' that they are referring to will be your clients UTR.0
