Another Unit 10 question!

Hi there - I have started my Unit 10 project and am doing it from a simulation. I have decided on what area I am going to base it on - improvements of credit control.
The main thing which is confusing me is that the project is split into 2 sections - Management of people and the co-ordination of work activities and the 2nd section is the identification of opportunities for improving the effectiveness of an accounting system.
The second section I am fine on but when I do the first section do I do it with just my chosen area in mind or can I write about any section of the company?
I do hope I am making sense!
