Please can someone adivse me on the following:-
The company my husband worked for went into administration at the end of January 11, he has worked there for 5 years, he is now working on a self employed basis for the people that bought the company.
Who is responsible for producig the P11d he is due for the fuelcard he had from April-Jan in the last tax year, is it the people that bought the company or the Administrators?
