Share allocation

Hi All,

I have 100 x £1.00 shares in a Ltd Co, which is the complete share ownership of the company, however I need to distribute shares amongst newly agreed shares for services agreements for new business partners.

Could someone confirm exactly how I would go about this, do I need to complete a Stock Transfer Form for the transfers to be valid?
