The National Employment Savings Trust (NEST) -

Our speaker Adrian Sims explained that from October 2012 there were to be new employer duties to be introduced.
The change? From 2012 employers will have to enrol their workers into a workplace pension scheme that meets or exceeds certain legal standards. Some workers will be enrolled automatically and others only if they ask to be enrolled.
