Well it has happened! After some while of networking and advertising I have my first accountancy client as opposed to consultancy clients.
I now need to think about the Letter of Engagement. Do people just use the template off the AAT site and delete as appropriate or is it more normal (and to my mind neater) to delete the appendices that do not apply and renumber the remaining ones so it flows?

Congrats!
Whichever. I use a modified AAT one and at the moment just include the appendices (renumbered) that are relevant.0 -

I bought a CD from ACCA with Engagement letters and templates for £36 quite useful as it provides separate ones for bookkeeoing, vat etc as well as all for one. Also does t&c's0
