Morning all
I have a client who's mobile phone is in her Uncle's name although it is her phone and she pays the bills - from what she says he took the contract and she took it over although they couldn't change the name.
Can she still put this through as a business expense? She quite clearly pays for it but I was concerned as not in her name?
Thank you

I would put it through, yes, so long as she is paying for it and can prove that she is using the number. A note concerning the reason for the name would be helpful for your records - usually because the company would not give it to your client because of a credit check.0

Yes, agree with everything TC has said, no problem (presumably sole trader)0
