Requirements for becoming a Member in Practice

Following a lively discussion on a chat thread, I though I would post the current details for MIPs.

In order to apply, you need to state for each area in which you need to be licenced:

Number of months work experience
% of time spent on that area
And show evidence of relevant qualification, work experience and CPD.

Work experience can be in format but will need to demonstrate your competency to perform each service you have applied to offer.
