Pev exam paper december 2010

in AAT Level 4 (Level 8 in Scotland)
Didnt get to sit this paper and re-sitting in June. Cannot work out how they arrive at the answers. Thought I was finally grasping this subject until I saw this paper and set out slightly differently. Any help would be much appreciated.

    I believe December 10 was a new examiner writing the papers :/

    Failed last year and no college tutor to ask about anything.

    - means the same examiner in June 2011 as has examined this since 2006

    I advise you to revise this subject well, and use the 2006-2010 exams for practice
