Hello,
I have completed the AAT and am awaiting my certificate and am setting up a partnership whilst we are both still been employed full time.
I have looked on HM Revenue as to how to set up a partnership but cant find the correct form could anyone advise on how to go about this.
1. Would we need to be registered as self employed even though we are still employed full time?
Any advice would be helpful.
Kind Regards,
Emilie

Congratulations!!
Form SA400 for new partnerships - http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/forms/sa400.pdf
You will both need to be registered for self assessment as individuals if you are not already.
Hope this helps
