CBA's freezing during exam

Hi, has anyon had any issues with the CBA's freezing whilst they are doing their exam?
This has happened to me twice now on BGT & FNPF, the issue seems to be when moving between sections 1 & 2, but what's the point of being able t flag a question, if you cannot go back to it without the test freezing. This is very offputting and when you are feeling very stressed anyway during the exam, and then have to move to a laptop, all very upsetting!

    Yes we have experienced this numerous times with the CBA exams this year. Last year there didn't seem to be any problems, but this year it's been a nightmare! Think only 2 people managed to complete their Financial Performance exam at my college as the computers froze, it wouldn't let you got back to check your questions, it wouldn't let you scroll back up to read a question, once you'd scrolled down - it's terrible!
