Hi All,
So I set up a limited company the other day for a client.
The client then gets a letter from a local firm of accountants saying the usual "We see you have set up a company... Are you looking for an accountant?" etc
I am just wondering, does anyone know of how to obtain this service of checking which companies have been formed regionally?

You can use a new start company but they usually want to tie you into long contracts.
Have looked at it once but didn't go for it.Regards,

Companies House will sell you the data via a range of products if you want it.
If you want a more targeted approach then people like Thomson Local will disseminate the data for you and provide you with mailing lists.0
