BTC dates, penalties and Inteest

Hi All

I am taking my BTC paperbased exam on Tuesday for ... well another time shall we say.. I am using the Osbourne book for 2009/2010 to help me revise as it states that it cover untill Summer 2011 which is great, but just want to check that the dates and rates for filing, payment, interest and penalties etc etc haven't changed since the last sittng in Dec 2010.

If they have............... help!...........
