companies house- Please advise me if it is 9 months or you get extra few months for first year? I think 21 months...

For Companies House, 21 months from the date of incorporation for the first set of accounts, up to 9 months after the accounting reference date in subsequent years.
For HMRC, CT is to be paid nine months after the end of the first accounting period, the company annual return to be submitted before 12 months from the accounting period end date.
If you change the accounting ref. date with CH, make sure to inform HMRC as well.
