FNST Practice CBT 1 - accounting ratio rounding question

I've just done the FNST CBT 1. When I looked at the answers for question 2.1 I noticed that they had always rounded down the accounting ratios, rather than rounding up if the subsequent number is 5 or more.
Is this the standard way to deal with accounting ratios? Any help would be very gratefully received.

I've done the second practice CBT now, and have noticed that the rounding is done correctly in this one. So probably just a mistake in the model answers for the first one.0
