I can't speak for the online stuff as i was in a tuition centre, but the tutors and atmospshere that they have is amazing, ill see if my login for the online materials is still working so you can have a look at it, if not give them a call im sure they would be able to set up up for a free trial.
the examples on the website are for the Certificates whihc you should be exempt

do you not need to be registered with someone to sit the exams though? it seems the nearest place for that does cima in cambridge0

Unlike AAT tution providers do not generally provide exam sittings (except for resits)
so you don;t need to go to a training provider to sit exams, you will need to check with CIMA where your local "Exam Hall" is .

Yes thats what I was told by CIMA. They sit exams in conference centres, hotels and the like. You do not have to register with a study provider to sit the exams.
CIMA online does not require books on top its the whole course. I personally might want the books as well as I prefer reading from a paper book than online all the time but think the online tution may help it to all sink in.0 -
My Advice would be buy BPP/Kaplan books over the CIMA texts, the offical text are/were renound for errors and being over complex.0

To be fair I think you will get negative feedback for all study providers. I myself have been known to slate Kaplan for the quality of their distance learning AAT course tution but I did pass all my exams first time although I made little use of the so called tuition service.
All depends on the individual I guess.0 -
Hi
I used cima.study for F1 which I sat in May, I found the online course quite good and used BPP books for further information if I was struggling, plus the books give you more practice questions. I found the course value for money as opposed to the cost of online study with BPP.0 -
Can I do my practice with AAT Licence while I study CIMA?
Sorry Posted in Wrong Place0 -
it's good to hear someone found it good. i watched the demo and it did seem to be more of a text book on the screen rather than someone actually explaining what the text book is saying but it did seem to have a visual exampe too which may be useful.0

right my mind is made up. i will register after i'v got my aat results and sit the march exams and use cima study and bpp books. books may be brought in advance. any other books (not nesecarily study) a good idea to read0
