I have just taken on a new client and have been asked to check through his last 3 TRs online. I noticed that he has a loss in 2008/2009, which was not used. Ideally this should have been used against 2007/2008. Is there anyway that I can do this claim now?
Comments and advice appreciated.

Outside time limit.
You are outside of time limit to amend the tax return and also for the loss claim. The deadline to claim to carry back loss is 22 months after the end of the tax year of the loss. And so to amend the return too.0 -
Thank you! I can inform my client now.0
