VT users - first year of a business

I've got a client who has only been in business 10 months and wants accounts done for that period. How do I set it to a first year of trading in VT? This is probably really easy but I can't seem to find the right place?!? I might just be having a Friday afternoon moment here :-)
I've been using VT for final accounts for several clients now all of whom had comparative figures and VT has been really easy to use.
Thank you!

If you go to the Add ins menu, Final Accts > file > workbook properties, you can specify the date range there0
