    Nothing to do with your post im afraid just wanted to ask if it was you featured in Accounting Technician magazine.

    If so fantastic article, I loved being able to show my friends that not all accountants are dull and boring.

    I don't have an agreement, though you could look on simply-docs.co.uk or netlawman.co.uk for low cost standard templates.

    I do recommend getting any agreement at least looked over if not drafted by a solicitor - I once used a shareholders agreement from a low-cost template (from NetLawman) and regretted it - while it looked fine when I first read it through, when it came down to it, it was more of a hindrance than a help and money spent getting it tailored would have been money well spent!
