Hey Guys,

Activity Based Costing.. can someone explain this really really simply.. I can read it and understand it and then as soon as I need it in a practice Q I haven't a clue, or even trying to explain it back to myself- no, doesn't happen!

..to add onto this, does anyone have the BPP Budgeting book and can they tell me if the 'How it Works' bit on pg22 is wrong in one of the figures - calculating the cost driver rate for prod set ups.. it should be over 500 not over 5,000 right?
