I passed Level 2 in March and Level 3 at the beginning of June, I haven't received either certificate yet, despite numerous emails. I've been told on several occasions "they will be despatched by........." getting a bit fed up now

I have been told end of august. I emailed and the reply was that they had just ordered it and to expect it late August. I passed my final L3 CBT 20/07/11.

    Hi

Do the ACCA (and CIMA) still have an extended date for claiming exemptions, I know they used to providing you still registered by the registration close date. Also, AAT use to have an agreement with ACCA and CIMA to forward completion automatically if requested - but that was under the old paper based exam scheme.

Hiya stuartander, I've registered with CIMA and got my exemptions with just my SOA, I have to forward my certificate at a later date which should be sometime in September as advised by the AAT.

    Hope that helps??

    Certs

I have had this conversation with the AAT as well. I had quite a heated chat with them in the end. I had been told several times that my Level 3 Certificate was in the post. To cut a long story short the AAT are having difficulty printing the certificates due to some software problem their supplier (a printing 'solutions' company) are having... I have been told it could be middle of August before it gets moving.

I completed level 2 in June ( had computerised accounts outstanding for ages owing to not having the computer software available !) and I got the certificate at the start of July....

I was told there was a massive backlog of certificates.

Only just received my Level 2 after months of waiting, hopefully Level 3 should be here soon though.

Anyone still waiting for Level 2 Certificate - I've been told by AAT that anyone who finished Level 2 in June/July will get their certificates by mid-September.

Just received another email from AAT explaining why it takes so long to receive our certificates:

We compile certificates 10th of each month. As you have achieved after the 10 of July, your certificate will only be compiled this month. Once the certificates are compiled, they are ready to print (this is not done on the same day) after which it is ready to dispatch. Therefore I believe your certificate will be dispatched towards the end of August or September.
