Just received my Eagle Education Level 4 package and highly excited to get started on it all! (Just awaiting a call back for my phone induction)

This marks a change for me, where I can finally set aside my daily plans, routines etc. for the next good part of a year, so I was thinking about treating myself to a few books or magazine subscriptions to go with it.

Could anyone recommend anything to read that's helpful for an Accountant? I only receive the AAT & PQ Magazine, is there anything else that'd be beneficial to my studies, certain books, newspapers, magazines?

What do you guys read?

Thanks.

The Chartered qualifications recommend reading the Financial Times. :)
If you study with Kaplan, they have them laying around everywhere, or just get them yourself.

I only ever read the FT after the budget!!!

I found the BBC business section really useful for general business news, accountancy age and accountingweb don't publish paper anymore but their websites can send out useful summary emails of what's going on in the accountancy world.
